Beef / Chicken 500g,small boneless cubes
Optional: Bone 250g,Small Portions
Ghees / Oil 1 cups / 250g
Onions 2 medium / 150g, finely sliced
Shan Easy Cook Haleem Mix Contain 2 sachets: 1. Shan Processed Instant Grains and Pulses Mix Powder 2. Shan Special Haleem Masala

Preparation method
1Heat half a cup of ghee / oil.Add meat and shan special haleem Masala sachet.
2Stir-fry for few minutes and add 15 CUPS of hot water.Cover the pot or use a pressure cooker and cook till the meat is completely tender.
3Remove from the heat.Separate meat and gravy. Discard the bones if used.
4Shred the meat finely.
5Add to the gravy shredded meat and shan's sachet of processed Instant Grains and Pluses Mix powder.
6Mix well to avoid lumps. If desired add 1-3 cups of water for a thinner consistency.
7Then cover and cook for a maximum for 30 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally.
8Heat the remaining one cup of ghee/oil. Fry the onions till golden. Then pour it over the Haleem and cover the pot

Serving Suggestions
1Garnish with finely chopped Green Chillies, julian of Ginger, Lemon juice and a dash of Shan Chaat Masala
2Serves 4-6 persons

A v good masala.Shan is a pakistani product and it must menshend on the website such words kike"a PAKISTANI TASTE".and it is not indin reccipe.
