The building he is at is a year old and all the employees are "new", my son 4 months, the other 2 guys 6 months. My husband and this son are also volunteer firefighters. This type of behavior never happens and wouldn't be tolerated in their department. All the "old timers" at the fire dept stop me all the time to tell me what a good kid my son is. Yea, they do "razz" each other at times and son can take and dish it but this is more.
