If you son decides to quit, he probably has grounds for a lawsuit. Not that I'm big on that, but in this case your son deserves compensation. Tell you son to document everything that happens in a diary. Take photos of things like ruined lunch.

Whenever my husband gets the slightest wind of any employee feeling harassed by coworkers, he is all over it. Similar situation last year--older guys teasing younger guy--younger accused older of sexual harassment (calling him gay). The older guys were threatened with termination if they ever did it again. It stopped.
