If a tranfer, make sure you get your own home inspection. We had a re-lo package, and they provided the home inspector. They don't have the incentive to find anything too wrong (just enough to fix some things up). Pay attention to the inspection that you get yourself as the realtors will minimize things so you will still buy. Good luck!
