Subject: Just learned something about my new house's toilets...wish I'd known before closing!

Three of the four toilets are slow/weak. The toilets are old and the plumber says they need to be replaced.

I wish our inspector had taken a wad of toilet paper and flushed it. It would have shown the slow/weak flush and we could have negotiated.

We suspect the sellers didn't really know about this...they're an older couple who probably don't give the toilets the same kind of workout that our large family does.

A new toilet is about $700, so we're in for about 2 grand.
