Yes it is a nice sentiment, if a little incongruous.

A matriarchy is unlikely to be without violence. Women are very violent, just not necessarily physically and non physical injuries can be some of the worst and most difficult to heal.

P.S. When Margaret Thatcher was in power, was it a Patriarchy or a Matriarchy?
