Everyone on this board is going to know my answer---
Definately Sanibel or Captiva.

Great beach. Almost all the condos are right on the gulf.
Baileys and Jerry's both are great places to shop on island and they even deliver to your home or condo. Also many places to stop on your way in to the island for shopping.

Biking is great on Sanibel. Many bike paths.

Have a great vacation.

P.S. if I had three weeks vacation, I would definatley do them all on Sanibel with day trips to the surrounding areas.
