Subject: Renting a Condo

Hi!

I posted here a bit last fall and early winter but had to take a break for a while. My husband and I are planning our third trip to Sanibel in May. I know it's short notice but some medical issues have kept us from making decisions.

We've stayed at Sanibel Inn and Mitchells that last two times we were here. We'd go back to Mitchells but they are full for the week we want.

I thought about a condo and looked at some of the rental agencies. I've never rented a condo before and wondered if anyone could give me some pointers for what to look for when renting one.

We like to be on the beach in a small setting. I'm sure places like Sundial are way too big for us.

Any ideas you have would be very much appreciated.
