*Grupo de autoconocimiento y crecimiento personal


La terapia grupal es una poderosa herramienta de desarrollo personal; es un espacio físico y psicológico representativo de lo social. Nacemos, crecemos y morimos con los demás.

El grupo tiene la ventaja de permitirme escuchar al otro, y que los y las demás me escuchen a mí. Y sobre todo y lo más importante me coloca ante un espejo donde puedo mirar y explorar cómo realmente soy, siento, me comporto y actúo.

Mediante técnicas expresivas, respiratorias, relacionales, etc. puedo confrontarme, en una especie de laboratorio seguro, a aquello que no me gusta de mí, o lo que sí me gusta pero soy incapaz de aceptar.
