the 1962 film you seek has a whole pile of also-known-as titles which complicates life, especially as Commando and March or Die are the titles of different films as well:
Marcia o crepa
Commando (USA)
Marcha o muere (Spain)
Marschier und krepier (West Germany)
The Legion's Last Patrol (UK)
A quick look around the net reveals that there has been no official release, and the production companies involved are obscure which doesn't help.
On the plus side, the theme song pops up on Youtube.
I will keep my eyes open for a copy.
