The scene I got the shot from was when Steve Buscemi is on the plane and John Malkovich approaches him and then looks down at the deceased Hutchison. Hutchison is seen slightly earlier in the movie, albeit briefly but it is a distant shot and not worthy of inclusion. This is a close up and admittedly not, as you say, the greatest pose, it's the only one I can get.
Funny thing was as soon as I found him I stopped watching the movie because I feel the job was done.
Personally I don't like the film, I think it is boring and way OTT. All that male bonding shit. All the slow motion bollocks. And Nic Cage. Good god.
The Region 2 "Extended Version" I think is the dame as the Region 1 "Unrated Directors Cut". I have seen both the theatrical and the extended versions of the film, but I honestly cannot tell you what the differences are.
I think if you check the IMDb site and look under "alternative versions" it may give you some clue.
Also, don't forget you run at 24fps whereas we run at 25fps, so for every 100 minutes of film there will be a 4 minute difference in running time. SO my 69 mins would probably be 72 mins for you? But Buscemi with the girl scene had not come up at the time of the screenshot. That is long past it.
I think the UK DVD is about 6-7 minutes longer than the theatrical version on standard DVD. If memory serves me right.
Anyway Serge, I cancelled all plans for this evening to concentrate on bringing you that one screenshot..so the least you can do now is send me a new pair of socks.
