Hi Wearysloth!
Michael Pate passed away on 9-01-08. In addition to what you have, Michael appeared in the Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea epsiodes "Long Live the King" as Col. Meger,"The Traitor" as Col. Hamid, and Flaming Ice" as Gelid,leader of the Frost Men. He also appeared on the Time Tunnel episodes "The Lost Patrol as Col. Hotchkiss and as the captain in "The Walls Of Jericho". He also appeared on the second Mission: Impossible series episode "The Fortune" as Luis Berezan, whose wife Emilia became the only person ever to kill an IMF agent.
