 It is right that you as a girl are spanked and it should
continue so until you no longer need it. If your brothers are witnessing it and if it is done properly with ritual then it could be showing them how girls should be disciplined, which can be somewhat humiliating probably intentionally. However you are a girl and can be perfectly punished this way, your brothers should be punished with some sort of deprivation, whereas you are not. Being spanked outside in public on panties is however undignifed for you I agree.
