Drug use, promiscuity, etc can be overcome in adulthood. Inability to feel comfortable with intimacy, sexual dysfunction, last a lifetime.
I do not want to speak for MiniMe, but in general, unless there is some severe trauma (e.g. violent rape) a person's sexuality is firmed up by early and certainly by mid adolescence.
In general, though this is not always the case, outside influences on a person's adult sexuality end around the time the person starts puberty. Of course, if a person of any age feels sexually violated by her parents, irrespective of their intent, this can lead to effects that can never be undone.
