I am sorry. I do not know what you mean but I will not post again. I only was referring to the recent Supreme Court case REDDING v. SAFFORD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICTS, # 05-15759.
The US Supreme Court ruled that a 13-year-old Fourth Amendment rights were violated. She wasn't even completely stripped, so this is a very high standard and plus the Courts have allocated a wide berth for schools' rights of invasion into childrens' privacy.
US Supreme Court rulings take precedence over state constitutitions and state law. This is the most recent case precedent and it only happened in 2009.
