Subject: My daughter thrives on one to one situations, so feel a dance tutor who go through the finer points of the use of the stage, etc would be good our tcs are FANTASTIC and wouldn't change schools for the world but there isn't always time to teach the finer things if dancing at class.
In reply to: Tickled pink 's message, "Ok, So what do you all think of a Dance coach. personally if I couls find one I'd use one my daughter is talented with drawing and arts. So I get her a tutor. But to me it seems than having a dance coach is a sin It's all underground no-one will admit in public to having a coach why????" on Sun, Jan 21 2007, 19:46:08

[> [> [> I've always told my daughter that I would rather she gave up dancing than change school. I know this sounds harsh, however from the feedback I hear about children changing schools I'd hate that experience for my daughter -- thanks, Wed, Jan 24 2007, 22:36:18 [1]

[> [> [> [> Changing schools it tough, but well worth it in many cases. I choose to teach my kids not to unvoid unpleasantness if it is good for them in the long run. Many do quit though out of fear. Switching schools can be a good life lesson. -- I said never once too!, Thu, Jan 25 2007, 5:11:15 [1]
