I think that is does not matter as long as you have a flattering dress. I have seen smaller girls wear dress that make them look like bean polls and you could see their bones. This is just as sicking as seeing a heavier girl with a skin tight dress. I think that weight does not matter as long as you wear the right dress. -- Parents Ask the Judges
