Subject: The smaller pageants do typically want very natural pics...like Sears or even snapshots. To truly understand the difference in scores, you should talk with each director and see what their judging criteria are for pics. Just because there is no digital enhancements, doesn't make it a "natural" pic in some systems eyes. I have judged for both natural and glitz systems and each are very different, the judge is given a set standard to go by..not always personal opinion.
