Hi Laetitia

Youv'e learnt a bit of history about Zurrieq Road

The Eden Theatre property belonged to the Abdilla / ta - Kalatu Family and a few doors away there used to be a Grocery Shop. Opposite the shop it was all farmland and during WW2 the Army used to store many large guns placed in the fields.

Call again. Thanks.

My great grand father, Gio.Battista Sacchett was born in Senglea on 15/04/1793 and married Guiseppa Camilleri on 21/11/1848. My grand father, Riccardo Sacchett was born in Senglea on 11/12/1854, he emigrated to Cairo, Egypt, probably in 1882?, married Adelaide Callus in 1854. My father,Henry Sacchett, was born in Cairo in 1895 then settled in Alexandria, Egypt and married Virginia Aquilina in 1919. I was born in Alexandria in 1929 and now lives in England since 1957.
Well this my family history. Could anyone please give morte information on the Sacchett family of Birzebbuga.?
