when im sad and down, i just reminisce about good memories and it puts a smile on my face.....and whenever i'm put in a situation wherein i'm reminded of some bad experiences and memories, i try to recall what happened, and see to it that i will learn from the bad experience from which this bad memories came from, and this time i correct my mistakes..good memories are there to put smiles on our faces....
