I think these would suit Elham perfectly and would look spectacular on stage! 15. Turquoise blue would look amazing on Elham. The one-shoulder design is also amazing and there is just enough beading to sparkle. 34. This is a soft pink version of Dayana Mendoza's dress from last year except there is more beading. The skirt would look fantastic if the wearer were to spin and the exposed top would show off Elham's shoulders and arms nicely. 37. This is something that Ines would choose for her Miss Japans. This dress is so refreshing and unique. The metallic bodice adds modernity to the beaded flower print and yellow silk chiffon. Again, the skirt is flowing so the wearer can play with it and show it off as she spins/turns. Talk about colour! The Caribbean audience/prelim judges would love this one. 41. This is a Miss Universe dress. Liquid beading in metallic silver and gold. If Elham can get this from Abed Mahfouz then I think she'll win the preliminary gown competition! However, lately at Miss Universe, there seems to be more focus on the dress rather than on "elegance" and "poise". Miss Colombia and Miss Venezuela's gowns last year were not the prettiest on them (they would have looked much better wearing other dresses in my opinion) yet, they were so theatrical that they scored 1st and 2nd in the gown competition respectively. Sometimes theatrics can sway a judge and in the Caribbean, fashion theatrics is what they are all about.
