Subject: Thanks for the info fan-man. But Heba couldn't have placed 11th because 2004 was the last year that the prelim judges chose all the semi-finalists. Donald Trump was angry that several stunners were left out so that's why he decided to change the rules and choose his personal 5 semi-finalists in 2005 and onward. So, the highest Heba could have placed is 16th. If she had actually placed 11th, we would have seen her compete in the finals during the live telecast, which I still think she deserved!
