Subject: I also wanted to add that although white is an elegant colour, I think the design has to be out of this world for it to work since Egypt does not have sash factor. Last year, 21 delegates out of the 80 who competed wore white in the prelims with only 3 of these white gowns making the Top 15: Russia, South Africa, and USA (I am not counting Mexico because she wore bright yellow in the prelims). In 2007, only 2 delegates who made the Top 15 wore white in the prelims (Venezuela and Mexico). It can be seen that in the last two years, the prelim judges have been favouring bright colours a lot more so I hope Elham also brings a back-up gown in case she feels the need to opt for something bolder.
