Ok, so it's obvious that I am the worst photoshopper there is and Fadil Berisha will never hire me to touch up his photos but I found this white Roberto Cavalli gown with a crystal fan image on the side that Victoria Beckham (a.k.a. Posh Spice) wore at one of his fashion shows. I think it would suit Elham well.
A lot of us have compared Elham with Amelia Vega and one option she could do to add some glamour to her evening gown is jewelled arm attachments to either one or both of her arms.
