I amat a complete loss to figure out what has happened to your entries. I have seperate software for an address file, both entries have gone from there. I also keep hard copies of the original form that you sent to me, both of those have vanished as have all your entries on the website.
I'll have a thorough search later today to try to solve this mystery.
