Kasich credited the Medicaid expansion with a reduction in the prison recidivism rate in Ohio. But the rate isnít as low as he claimed, and the latest figures are on inmates released well before the expansion.

Kasich boasted of 400,000 jobs gained in the state under his governorship. But the rate of growth is below the national average.
