Sean Penn I think should be held without bail on charges that he aided El Charpo by not telling of his whereabouts. Also is there a drug connection between the two? Sean Penn is not above the Law. I think the American people should demand his being held in jail without bail until he can tell his lies.He was also with the woman that says she really likes El Charpo.
