Like most Republicans, their memory of where this country was on 01/19/09 preceived through rose colored glasses.

Bush and his policies got us into this mess, and Republicans are now doing everything in their power to destroy any improvement simply to get their candidate elected in the fall.

McConnell was right, the only objective for the right, gay or not, on 01/20/09 was to destroy the Obama presidency. It was imperative to make sure the country did not recover sufficiently from 8 years of having a Republican in the corner office, the country be damned.

Now, Romney proposes the same Bush agenda that got us into the mess in the first place.

So, the difference between Liberals and Conservatives is that liberals believe in a prosperity for all, conservatives believe in greed and selfishness and piss on the less fortunate!
