WHY THE *** DIDN'T THE US BLOW IT UP? And don't tell me it was a trojan horse. That we purposefully gave them a messed up unit fitted with messed up software to spy on them.

We taxpayers paid a lot for this technology and to just give it away to the highest bidders, Russia or China is way beyond the pale. This makes the Secret Service scandal look like a walk in the park. We shitcan half a dozen Secret Service agents for a fuck fling in Mexico and yet NO HEADS ROLL when we lose one of our prestige weapons of war INTACT to our ENEMIES. Gimme a break.

The unmanned $6 million stealth drone is made by Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs. So again I ask the question,

WHY DIDN'T THE US BLOW IT UP? Are we that confident the "this could never happen"? It HAPPENED.

After the Fox story in February, an analysis on http://aviationintel.com/ said that if the drone had landed with its computer banks "stuffed full of recorded data and operating software" – though admittedly a speculative "worst-case scenario" – "it has the potential to render all US drones, their communications infrastructure and command protocol, incredibly vulnerable, akin to giving the enemy the keys to America's unmanned castle."
