Subject: 50 Florida delegates to be doled out "Proportionally" or "Winner Takes All"?

Color me confused. I am hearing it both ways.

Michael Steel maintains that Florida is NOT "Winner Takes ALL Delegates".
While NBC says it is "Winner Takes ALL Delegates"

A candidate needs to collect 1144 delegates to win the nomination.

Here is Today's Poll of Florida as voting is taking place.

Mitt Romney 44.0%
Newt Gingrich 29.3%
Rick Santorum 13.9%
Ron Paul 11.2%

But no tempers were hotter than Gingrich’s. President Obama is “increasingly dictatorial” and has a “war against religion.” Romney is a “liberal” and “out of touch with honesty” and he “refused to allow [Catholics] the right of conscience” and “cut off Kosher meals for Jewish Medicaid recipients.”

So much trash talk they should be in the NBA.
