I heard that too but Michael Steele who claims he wrote the law, said the penalty for moving the Primary date was an apportionment of delegates?

Either way, 92% of the ads in Florida have been negative. That doesn't say much for democracy. He sucks and he sucks worse campaigning doesn't exactly address the issues of the American people.
