And the case is not closed, just because you post unsubstantiated claims.
The point is, you never thought of any other scenario other than blaming Obama. I simply pointed out it could well have been the lack of an immigration policy under Bush, a theory you so far have not been able to disprove!
Hell, this guy probably entered the country both times when Bush was in office for all you know!
