Subject: Marlborough committee supports zoning changes for Boston Scientific

BUT... is there a cost to it?

The Urban Affairs Committee on Monday gave its preliminary OK to three zoning changes proposed by Boston Scientific that pave the way for its move of its global headquarters from Natick to Marlborough.

As Boston Scientific prepares to move its global headquarters from Natick to Marlborough, company officials informed the city last week that it is moving into the second phase of a tax deal worked out with the city in 2006.
