I don't think the Constitution says anything about one branch of government criticizing an other branch. If Obama starts trying to act like a despotic king, he can be impeached by Congress.

I believe a real dictator would have the judges and their families disappear. I don't see that Obama could do much about an unfavorable decision here in America, do you?

Obama is simply setting up his November run. In case he has to run against the Supremes. After the Bush decision and the Citizens United decision, a decision against Obamacare would be 3 Strikes as far as the LEFT is concerned.

Social progress cannot be held hostage by five unelected MEN. Right? That's why you are seeing the dems frame ObamaCare in terms of Contraception, children, pre-existing conditions, etc. And That's why you are seeing the women's vote lean left.

If the supremes rule AGAINST Obamacare, then Obama will run against the Supremes as well as Mitt Romney and it may help Obama win.

On the other hand, if the supremes rule FOR Obamacare, then Obama will run WITH the Supremes against Mitt Romney and it may help Obama win.

Irregardless, a split decision will continue to split the nation.

Obama just put the Supremes on notice that he will use them to get reelected, either way. But that doesn't make Obama a dictator. Just a wise man.
