This is a team game and we are the football.

The Name of the Game is Controlling the football, the money, and who benefits from federal largesse.

Democrats were loathe to condemn national security spending when the Republicans ran US into the national security ditch post 911. Republicans see the American people as taxable expendables to be used for production and allowed to reproduce and die quickly. Social Security, healthcare, benefits etc are anathema to short sighted Republicans addicted to corporate profits and funding.

The Bush teams put US into a big hole and taxpayers who took the hit on jobs and home values now stand to lose medical benefits if Romney wins.
