When Democrats controlled Congress from 2008-2010, Republicans blocked legislation using Senate filibusters.

Just because you keep repeating a mantra "when Democrats controlled Congress" doesn't make it true or meaningful. No one party will ever "control congress" in the sense you apply.

Control of congress and the ablility to pass legislation are two very different capabilities.

But keep sending the message anyway. Dumber Republicans will believe it. It worked for Bush right?
