Hi Sherry :-)
Pay no mind to what others say, seriously :-)... I have been that w/ my DD we'll just call her A she'll be 2 in April... Bashing her when she was 15 mos old, ridiculous ya know... But anyways, A did Yankee Miss this past year and even tho she didn't win or wasn't even a RUP I still left happy, happy for the little one who won b/c she is a doll and her family are wonderful, and happy about our overall experience there, just an overall good feeling, that it was a fair pageant, A got to see her buddies, and we had fun... And it was so fullfilling when we got the judges scores and comments, b/c even they were very positive, I don't expect anyone to ever blow sunshine my way LoL, but it was refrshing to see nice things written.. A's doing Miss New England, and we will continue w/ Couto pageants, as well as a few others... And I am picky about where we go, unless another mom I KNOW recommends it or I kind of get to know the director, I just won't go, I guess it's b/c I came across so many bad seeds growing up... I can give you an idea of some great pageants, I'm sure others here can too :-) I'm kinda lurking so I'm not sure what I can post but I put my email addy so feel free to email me... I'm not sure if it's too late for Miss New England, but anyhow keep Couto pageants in mind, it's a great system and worth every penny, very fair, and it's a be who you are type pageant from my experience which you gotta love... Well take care :o)
Jen
