 For "2008" we made changes to strive to make this pageant
better and still have a low entry fee.
If you have any concerns on the WHYs? Feel free to email us at northeast_star@hotmail.com and we will answer any questions you might have for the "2008" pageant.
We are open to all suggestions as this pageant is for you, the contestant.
We will strive to get better each year and add more awards.
We prefer (no gloves) with gowns as IMO it takes away from the girl and the gown she is wearing.Rule never changed.
