But I have to agree also that white on the right girl looks magnificent! It is truly elegant! I think you are right about the right skin tone vs color dress. I actually like the bold/tropical colors--purple, lime, mango----
I do have a question though--during the fall & winter months when one attends a pageant should they wear fall colors - like red, dark green, black, burgundy--would a bubblegum pink be out of season?
