I wish both NES and the other 2 were not on the same day so some of the younger girls could watch the older girls. I have to say I find it a bit unfair for a National Title Holder/Royality to be able to compete in the NES Maine pageant. I do realize that NES made changes so Corrie is able to compete, I still do not feel its fair. The other girls have opted not to compete. The contestants know going in she knows her stuff especially since she has been coaching too. My daughter is not competing in part because of this. She has not done pageants in 4 years, but wants to get back into them. She would be in Corries age group so does not want to. I am just saying what I think, I am not meaning to be hard on Corrie. She is a beautiful and talented girl. We did go to Miss Vacationland back in the fall in Bangor to watch. There were some very pretty girls there, I think its Taylor Williams someone mentioned in a different post. She is a cutie. And Yes Elexis does do a good job for being 5. Both of the Boyton Girls Sarah and Morgan did a great job. Mahala Smith does good, but I see she is royality for NES. There was a little one new to pageants, not sure of her name she was only 3 maybe 4 at Vacationland she had a beautiful green glitz outfit and her hair was so cute all up. She was adorable. I am not sure if she is still doing pageants. I know the young girls either like it or hate it...unless parents make them. This little one seemed to like it just needed practice. Is there any pageant coaches in Central Maine? I know Corrie does coaching but is in southern maine. Can't wait to see the winners of all 3 pageant on June 9th.
