anyone making any changes for anyone to compete. Please do NOT speak for me or my system as that is an incorrect statement you made. NES was a glitz system until this year, it was stated since day 1 when we changed that all NES titleholders have the option to hostess or compete since the Criteria has changed drastically from a glitz system.
Just so you know, all NES pageants are OPEN state pageants and that too has been on our website and in our paperwork from day 1.
