Tammy System has changed for this one and every reifning queen has been given a right to re-compete as it is a new system or reign. Shaenen and Mahala decided to reign in Maine to help Tammy out and give girls a chance to learn the system. Like any system you are going to have diversified competition. As long as it is not against the rules then it should NOT matter if someone decides to compete or not, including CM.
I can not speak for Mahala as I do not know her plans for nationals. However, Shaenen will be competing at nationals and decided to for go a pre-lim..
CM is located in Central Maine ( LA is central not Southern Maine). Shaenen is accepting a handful of students and we are North of Augusta if that helps
Both girls have a lot to offer.
You never know the outcome. Tammy's pageants are very fair, it will come down to who is best for the day
