.....I have been producing pageants for 12 years, recently at our big Nationals we changed it where the head judge picks 1 photo per person to be judged and then all judges judge it.
I am the one that suggested a color and b/w, maybe a smile and serious as these are all different looks. Some judges perfer smiles, some serious, some prefer color and some prefer b/w. More then that I think is too much and YES I have heard judges say people enter too many. They just basically jot down scores after seeing 4 or 5 of the same person.
