Subject: Further into searching "Adaptive Clothing" I saw

...jumpsuits (glorified coveralls) with zipper closures secured behind buttoned flaps (as is done in foul-weather outerwear). Only this closure was only in the back "to prevent inappropriate undressing." These can't-take-it-off coveralls were called "anti-stripping" jumpsuits. They are offered by mail-order, for Alzheimer's-patients.

WOW... Do you suppose that would be there, unless there was a market?

Puts some older patient you may have seen, "NAKED IN THE HOSPITAL," in a whole different realm of possibilities, doesn't it? Best regards.
