I think I have talked to you before. You and little sis seem familiar. If you truly want your little sis to "benifit" from the spanking you are going to give her and "learn" from it then you need to take your moms paddle and tan her "bare bottom" very soundly. make sure you apply the paddle to the lower part of her buttocks, don't paddle to high up. Then really tan those cheeks well. You have to make it so she dosen't want to be over your lap any more than she wants to be over mom's. Anything less than this is just "spanking play" and benifits no one.
