I'll be the first to admit that I don't know Brooke personally, therefore I am unable to attest to her character. That being said, I get this said a lot about me too! Sometimes when people are not "on"...not smiling, or are focused on something, or just in a zone, they tend to come off as being snobbish. I think it is sad that a blank stare can lead people to perceive you as such, but in reality it couldn't be further from the truth! Like the above poster pointed out...Girls shouldn't come to the pageant to "make bff's". You all paid that money to compete at MISS TEXAS USA because you all have the dream of BEING Miss Texas USA someday. I talked with some girls who were in Brooke's group, and many already had preconceived notions about her because she was a front-runner, or because they hear the gossip of jealous girls. In any situation in life, it is best to start with a clean slate, get to know someone BEFORE you judge them, and then make your OWN decision instead of following someone else's opinion.
CONGRATULATIONS BROOKE! I KNOW YOU WILL BE AN EXCELLENT MISS TEXAS USA, AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE US PROUD!
