Subject: Getting authorisation to use a song ????

I made up a video clip from photos of my cousin's wedding and have set it to 'When I'm With You'.
It was done for non-profit purposes. Who do I contact about authorisation to use the song in just that context?

I added it to his Facebook page but it has been removed due to copyright issues.
