I wasn't trying to be snarky. really. I'm just trying to understand the possibilities.

SO, a set panel might be able to watch all rounds and score in such a way that "loads" his/her preferred dancer? Or is it that with so many ADs, each would be less inclined to post a "way out" score?

I ALWAYS thought that a rotating panel would be best -- until our DD's TC said that our dd will always do better with a non-rotating panel and I'm still trying to understand why.

that's all. It is all guess work on our part anyway, guessing what ADs think or do...
