Subject: Still No Follow Up From Nutro Corporate - 05.12.07

Two months go by and I still have not received any contact directly from the Nutro Company corporate office. After filing many complaints with this company--both online and by telephone, I have not been contacted by anyone that actually works for the company.

I did receive a phone call from the "call center" on Tuesday, 05.08.07. The call center representative that phoned me was a woman who did not work for Nutro directly.

The woman that I spoke with was talking to me like she was reading a script. When I told her that yes, my dog was sick from what I believed was eating the dry dog food, she commented with, "Your dog doesn't like the food." I couldn't believe she said that. My dog has been eating this food for years, what do you mean she is sick because SHE DOESN'T LIKE IT?! In my opinion, if that woman believes that is why my dog is sick, she is seriously disturbed.

She promised me a phone call from the corporate office in 24-48 hours. Today is 05.12.07. That phone call never happened. I do not understand....if the Nutro Company has nothing to hide, why are they avoiding me?
