Date Posted: 19:25:31 06/25/07 Mon Hey guys! riyo's weekend in canada was a lot of fun for her! haha, i had only gotten 11 hours of sleep the last 72 hours of her being here. we spent a lot of time together with friends and doing lots of cool activities. It was FUN!! Actually there was this really funny moment, Me and a few of my friends and riyo went to the mall in my town, and there we were waiting in line at Ben and Jerry's to get icecream, and this lady comes up and said "i work in the entertainment industry and i strongly feel that you should go into modeling. you are one of the most beautiful women i have ever seen. I know agencies in toronto that would love to have you. maybe we could exchange emails sometimes"! And i said to riyo "Yeah riyo maybe you should try out for miss universe!!" and the lady said "She doesnt want to do that, its to tacky..."! HAHA, my friends and i were kind of laughing at that and riyo was trying not to laugh. Anyways this lady then talked to her friend and then returned and said "My friend over there knows the directer and head makeup artist of Canada's Next Top Model, and she would love to mention you for that show. we think you would do great..." she was going on and on and on, when finally i was like... "She IS miss universe..." and she paused then said "...oh..." and went back into line for her smoothie. Anywho, thats the story that i can tell you guys, and thats all i will be telling!! YAY! and please dont ask fr pictures... most of them have her friends in it and they dont want the pictures to be shared... SORRY! anywho... i hope you enjoy this story! Riyo did have a lot of fun. | haha, i forgot to mention that i found it really weird that a lady who works in Toronto ON for the entertainment industry wouldnt know who Miss Universe is when she saw her... i guess she wouldnt expect her to be in a small town where she visited...
